The past - from smart algorithms to product configurators

Rapid Images was founded 2005 in Majorna, a suburb of Gothenburg. We initially focused on optimising product development and marketing processes in the automotive and transport industries. We created smart algorithms and conversion tools to deliver Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI). It was in this space that we found a unique position as a technology provider of CGI solutions for big companies. They needed an external partner that could help them present their huge product ranges and logics in a simple, yet customer-friendly way. The product configurator was born.

Today - from coding to full-service product experience company

Today, Rapid Images is a full-service experience company, specialising in online and e-commerce sales and marketing. We help companies to digitalise the entire product life cycle to quickly reach the market and maintain a completely digital customer journey – from early CAD visualisations, internally to fully-fledged product configurators and aftermarket tools. Driven by customer data and insights, we work with our clients to reach their targets and keep up with the ever-changing demands of digital customers.

Still, we embrace creativity, technology, and innovation in all our services but also in our latest software platform OneCX. This is the best of Rapid Images bundled into one solution and made easily accessible for our clients. OneCX is a platform created from the experience we’ve gained from large, complex clients, but relevant and available for everyone.
